Aaron Gordon agrees to a 4-year, $92 million extension with Nuggets


Aaron Gordon have agreed to sign a four-year, $92 million contract extension with the Denver Nuggets, including a player option in 2025-26 according to The Athletic.

The Nuggets acquired the 25-year old high-flyer from the Orlando Magic in the trade deadline.

Gordon averaged 10.2 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 25 regular-season games for Denver.

He stepped up with 11.1 points and 5.4 rebounds in the playoffs with the absence of Jamal Murray after going down with an ACL injury.

The Nuggets core of league MVP Nikola Jokic, Michael Porter Jr. and Murray just became solid with Gordon remaining with the team for at least four seasons.
