Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards revealed why he wants to face the Golden State Warriors in the playoffs.
In a recent interview, the former No. 1 pick said that he wants to silence Draymond Green.
“I want to play the Warriors [in the playoffs]. Wherever they at, I want to get to them,” Edwards said. “Because Draymond [Green] talks so much trash.”
Edwards reached the playoffs in his first two seasons in the league with Minnesota, but never got the chance to face the Warriors.
Meanwhile, Green is one of the most outspoken players in the league, and he often engages in in-game trash talk.
A few weeks ago, he appeared in a video where he ranked himself as one of the top trash talkers in the league. (MJD)
