Bawal Na Gala? DLSU’s Mark Nonoy and Deo Cuajao, Both Under 21, Roams Around MGCQ Davao City
Newly-transferred De La Salle University Green Archers Mark Nonoy and Vince Deo Cuajao could be guilty of violating the Davao City guidelines for modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) with his leisure trip around the city.
In their Instagram posts on Wednesday, both Nonoy and Cuajao checked in at Isla Reta, Talicud Island, IGaCoS beach resort in Davao City.
Based on the existing MGCQ guidelines released by Davao City mayor Sara Duterte, Nonoy and Cuajao, who were considered as vulnerable sectors for being under 21, shall be required to stay at home at all times.
In addition to that, under 21s were only allowed to go out for work, for access to essential goods and services, when presence is needed in educational institutions except for face-to-face learning and indoor and outdoor non-contact sports.
Curiously, Nonoy and Cuajao were both guests of Atty. Manases Carpio, Green Archers’ manager and husband of Inday Sara.
So are they exempted from the MGCQ guidelines of the city?
