THE Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) is set to expand its media presence through a new partnership with Bilyonaryo News Channel (BNC) aimed at bringing the stories of Filipino Olympians to a wider audience.
POC President Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino and BNC News and Current Affairs SVP Chair Favila and Sales and Marketing SVP Timi Baylon formally signed the agreement for the collaboration.
Through the partnership, the POC will have a dedicated platform to highlight the journeys of Filipino Olympians, including their sacrifices, challenges and achievements in representing the country on the international stage.
The program will also feature stories designed to inspire young athletes and future Olympians while giving the country’s Olympic movement greater exposure.
The program, titled “POC’s Phil Olympic Hour,” will air every Saturday from 11am to 12 noon on BNC, beginning October 10, 2026. (Adrian Co)
