The Celtics took the fight to the Cavaliers right in the opening quarter as they took a 36-18 lead.

Jaylen Brown topscored for Boston with 23 points while Marcus Morris added 21 while limiting LeBron James to a paltry 15 points and seven turnovers.

Veteran Al Horford came big in game 1 with 20 markers.
