Fixed game? Romeo Travis asks netizen to talk to him ‘face to face’
Romeo Travis castigated an ill-mannered netizen insinuating game-fixing even on Magnolia’s victory against Columbian on Sunday night, even daring the bold fan to talk to him “face to face.”
A tweet by a netizen, who even called the Travis a “trash import” and alluded the game was fixed because of the latter’s decision not to score at the final seconds of the Hotshots’ 118-103 win over the Dyip.
Travis explained his action, saying he did not take the shot out of respect for the sport.
The Magnolia import also challenged the fan to meet him face-to-face for a conversation.
“Because I respect basketball. If you are man enough to call me trash, you can come to Shangrila Edsa and we can have a conversation face-to-face,” wrote Travis.
