Former PBA player Ronald Pascual in dire need of ’emotional support’, according to his brother
Former PBA player Ronald Pascual is said to hit “rock bottom” due to his depression according to his brother, Ronel Pascual.
“Currently, my brother, Ronald Pascual, is in the deepest, saddest stage of his life. Overwhelmed by his pride and depression, he doesn’t want to accept any help from his family. His closest friends that were with him when he still had everything are gone along with his fortunes,” according to Ronel’s post.
Pascual, who was a member of San Sebastian’s scary ‘Pinatubo Trio’ with current PBA stars Calvin Abueva and Ian Sangalang, is also said to be struggling financially and mentally.
The former third pick in the 2015 PBA Draft is seen roaming around Metro Manila settling from one house to another.
However, Ronel said that his brother does need any financial assistance, but instead an “encouragement and emotional support” will surely help him get right back at his feet.
“Financial support is not a factor right now, all he needs is encouragement and emotional support! I believe he has already hit rock bottom and now, the only way is up!”
“I believe now is the time for him to get out of his miserable situation and come home here in Pampanga! Again, I am asking for your support, love, and prayers for my brother,” he said.
Pascual first played with the San Miguel Beermen where he won two championships. He would become a journeyman in other teams like Star (Magnolia Hotshots), NorthPort, Blackwater, and Alaska.
