Garahe ulit! 36ers vs Tasmania postponed due to COVID-19 protocols


The Adelaide 36ers had their sixth game postponed, as the National Basketball League (NBL) announced that their home game against the Tasmania JackJumpers on Sunday has been scrapped.

“The health and safety of the players, coaches, clubs, staff and fans are the League’s number one priority when considering these matters,” the team’s statement read.

“The NBL will continue to follow the advice of governments and health authorities.”

Adelaide has only played five games so far with a 2-3

The 36ers last played on Dec. 18 where they loss against Cairns Taipans, 93-67.

That game was the debut of Filipino teen Kai Sotto.

The 7-foot-3 Sotto tallied one point, three rebounds, two assists, and two blocks in almost 10 minutes of action.

The 36ers wil take on Perth Wildcats on Tuesday, January 18.
