“The waiting is torture. Napraning din ako sa lahat ng galaw ko, pati yung pagtulog ko nang malalim for 2 straight days na parang pagod na pagod.”

Those were the anxieties and discomfort that Gretchen Ho felt before finally getting the good news.

“NEGATIVE,” the volleybelle-turned-TV host said after days of waiting for the result, and a week in self quarantine.

The former ALE star announced the good news on her Instagram with several photo of the health care workers who conducted the molecular test through swabbing. She took the test after a week of isolation because she went for a shoot outside and had colds after.

Ho left a piece of advice to her IG gollowers saying, “…mas madali, mas hindi nakakastress, (at mas mura) kung hindi na kailangan daanan itong lahat. Prevention is better than cure. So please stay home if you can. For our frontliners too 👍🏻.”

NEGATIVE! Finally got my results today after 4-5 days and almost a week in self-quarantine. Some notes: Ang sakit pala nung PCR test 🥴 Parang may tubig na biglang pumasok sa ilong mo sa swimming pool pero hanggang dulo 😅 Mind you, you have to do it twice!! Both sides 😂 Imagine our frontliners who have to do this all the time ☹️ Nakakaanxious yung 4-5 days or almost a week spent in self-quarantine. The waiting is torture. Napraning din ako sa lahat ng galaw ko, pati yung pagtulog ko nang malalim for 2 straight days na parang pagod na pagod. I did this because I recently went for a shoot outside and had colds after. Better to be responsible with it, for the people around me, and for my family. At the end of the day, mas madali, mas hindi nakakastress, (at mas mura) kung hindi na kailangan daanan itong lahat. Prevention is better than cure. So please stay home if you can. For our frontliners too 👍🏻 And please try to smile today, no matter what you’re going through, there is still a lot of good around you 😊🤗 @oamcp
