‘Hope I Made You Proud’ LeBron James posts emotional tribute to Kobe Bryant
It is no secret that the Los Angeles Lakers dedicated their 17th championship to late NBA legend Kobe Bryant, who was tragically killed in a helicopter crash on late January along with his 13-year old daughter Gianna and seven other people.
For James, his fourth championship was sweeter not only for himself but for Kobe’s legacy.
The four-time NBA MVP and Finals MVP took on Instagram to honor ‘Black Mamba’ after winning the title.
“Hope I made you proud my brother!! Love and miss you champ!!” Lebron wrote.
