Jaja Santiago already in Japan for V-League


Reigning UAAP MVP Jaja Santiago already arrived in Japan. Santiago will play for Ageo Medics, which will be competing in the Saitama Division 1 of Japanese V. Premier League.

Santiago posted on her Instagram stories that she already landed in Japan with her mother.

“We’ve just arrived. Start of my new journey,” captions Santiago.

Santiago if the first Filipina to play in the pretigious Japanese V. Premier League. Ageo Medis placed seventh last season.

Former Ateneo ace and five-time UAAP MVP Marck Espejo will also be competing in the Japanese V. Premier League for Oita Miyoshi Weisse Adler club.

Japanese V. Premier League will open on October 28.
