Former NBA player Jeff Teague said that James Harden is a better player than Dwyane Wade, despite not winning an NBA title.
Wade retired from the NBA in 2019 and finished his career with three NBA titles, 13 All-Star Selections, one All-Star Game MVP award, two All-NBA First Team selections, three All-NBA Second Team selections, and three All-NBA Third Team citations.
Meanwhile, Harden is still playing in the league and has yet to win an NBA title. However, he is a one-time NBA MVP, a 10-time All-Star, a six-time All-NBA First Team member, a one-time Third Team member, a three-time scoring champion, and a two-time assists leader.
In Teague’s opinion, Wade’s three NBA titles do not make him a better player than Harden.
“D-Wade has Shaq and Bron. He ain’t never really been by himself. When the Miami Heat were by themselves, they were trash. Harden is better, bro. I am sorry,” Teague said.
Wade won his first championship in 2006, when he played alongside Shaquille O’Neal, Alonzo Mourning, Jason Williams, and Antoine Walker. Meanwhile, his two titles came when LeBron James and Chris Bosh arrived in Miami. (MJD)
