GOLDEN State Warriors star Jimmy Butler and his former partner, Kaitlin Nowak, are reportedly living together again as they work toward settling their long-running legal dispute involving their three children.
According to a report by TMZ, Nowak recently filed court documents stating that she and Butler have reached a comprehensive agreement on a parenting plan.
Nowak also disclosed that she is currently living with Butler, although she did not provide further details about their living arrangement. She noted that there were additional circumstances that could be presented to the court.
In her filing, Nowak said she expects the case to be fully resolved within the next 45 to 60 days. She asked the court to recognize the progress made by both parties and keep the case on the docket while they finalize the agreement.
Nowak originally filed a paternity and child support case against Butler in October 2023 involving their three children.
A subsequent court ruling established Butler as the biological father of the children, after which the former couple reached an agreement concerning financial support.
Court records reportedly show that Butler pays Nowak $55,000 per month, along with an additional $10,000 monthly for childcare expenses.
The dispute continued for more than a year, with Butler at one point accusing Nowak of refusing to work.
The latest court filing, however, suggests that the former couple has made significant progress toward resolving their remaining legal issues.
Their reported decision to live under the same roof also marks a notable development in a case that has involved custody, paternity and financial support since 2023. (Adrian Co)
