Blackwater’s third overall pick Raymar Jose is set to meet with the Blackwater management for his upcoming rookie deal.

Blackwater team manager Johnson Martinez will offer the Gilas standout a total of P120,000 per month for his first year, and P180,000 on his sophomore year in PBA.

Interestingly, Art Dela Cruz, who is now paet of Ginebra after two seasons, also signed the same deal during his rookie season with Blackwater where he was selected ninth overall.

According to Blackwater owner Dioceldo Sy, if he proves his worth with the team, “there are always additional incentives and we always give premium to players who deliver.”

The 6-foot-5 big man will be reunited with his former FEU teammate, Mac Belo, where they won 2015 UAAP men’s basketball tournament.
