PLDT High Speed Hitters’ volleyball player, Jovielyn Prado, expressed gratitude for the management’s support and assistance during her recovery from an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
She mentioned that the High Speed Hitters have been with her every step of the way, from the moment she sustained the injury, through her surgery, and during her gradual recovery from the knee injury.
“Ramdam na ramdam ko ‘yun alaga ng PLDT,” said the former Arellano University Lady Chiefs star. “Simula nung injury hanggang operation, hindi nila ako iniwan o pinabayaan.”
Prado also noted that the unwavering support from the High Speed Hitters management serves as motivation for her to expedite her recovery and contribute to the team’s objectives in the Premier Volleyball League.
“Inspiration ko na makabalik agad sa paglalaro para naman maibalik ko ‘yun tiwala nila sa akin,” Prado said.
The veteran outside hitter marked her return to the PLDT team during their Thursday practice, as documented on their social media pages.
Prado suffered an ACL tear injury during the elimination round of the 2023 PVL Invitational Conference.
