JR Smith fires back at T Mac on undervaluing championship

JR Smith is not on his celebratory mode after he heard Tracy McGrady’s Hall of Fame acceptance speech.

T-Mac said during the Hall of Fame’s 60 Days of Summer Program that, “Anybody can win a championship. Everybody can’t get in the Hall of Fame.”

This doesn’t sit well with JR Smith, who recently won his first NBA championship on Cleveland during the 2015-2016 season.

The Cleveland Cavaliers’ cager made a succession of tweets defending their title, “This man really said “anyone can win a ring but not everyone can make it to the Hall Of Fame?” Soooo no one else thinks that dumb as hell???”

“FACTS!! People who did nothing make the hall!! If it was like MLB ok but Basketball hall a fame you can build a park an get in!!,” Swish added.

He ended it with, “So you played for the Hall an not to win. If I was on his team we fighting idc if we don’t play no more. Don’t waste my time. Not wit hoop!”

McGrady’s remarks will not be that controversial if he had seized a single championship ring himself. But it turns out, he’s not exactly wrong in this situation.

The truth is, you can win championships when you are in the right team. Other cagers gets a ring even if they did not play a single game.

The 7-time NBA All-Star hasn’t responded to Smith’s tweet yet.
