Good news for Beermen fans!
San Miguel superstar June Mar Fajardo has been given a green light to play as soon as the 46th PBA season starts on April 9.
“He’s okay. We’re expecting him to play next conference or this season,” said Chua. “So far, okay siya.”
“Doc (George) Canlas said may go signal na siya to play,” added Chua.
The six-time MVP didn’t join the Beermen squad in the bubble season after he suffered a freak shin injury during practice.
It all happened only a week before the Beermen began their Philippine Cup title defense.
Fajardo began his recovery slowly but surely, and after a year he is now ready to suit up for San Miguel.
