Junemar Fajardo goes back at the gym for the first after leg injury
The recovery process from Junemar Fajardo’s right leg injury continues to make huge strides after he came back from the gym for the first time in eight months.
While the rest of his San Miguel teammates are battling inside the PBA Bubble, the six-time MVP had his first gym workout together with assistant coaches Boycie Zamar and Andrew Dulahan.
Fajardo uploaded a 20-minute video on his ‘AHOS Gaming’ YouTube Channel, where clips of him lifting weights and other strength trainings were shown.
“Nakabalik din sa gym! Sarap ng sore sa katawan after workout. Thanks for your constant prayers and support! Appreciate y’all!” Fajardo wrote on his caption.
The 6-foot-10 center fractured his right tibia during training earlier this year, which forced him to miss the entire 2020 PBA All-Filipino Conference.
