Junemar Fajardo ‘in high spirits’ to play, says SMB coach Leo Austria

The road to recovery for Six-time Most Valuable Player (MVP) Junemar Fajardo has been pretty smooth so far

According to San Miguel Beermen (SMB) head coach Leo Austria, Fajardo has already rehabilitating his injured right shin that he sustained earlier this year.

Fajardo is set to undergo aquatherapy to also keep the bad shin in tiptop shape.

“He will start his swimming, his aquatherapy,” Austria said in CNN Philippines’ Sports Desk.

“In the last 4 weeks, he’s been doing his rehabilitation with our physical therapist.”

Austria has mentioned that he is already in ‘high spirits’ to join his team as soon as PBA returns from coronavirus shutdown.

“He’s is high spirits, I think in every game he’ll be there kung papayagan,” Austria said.
