Kevin Ferrer gets headache from telecom’s blunder
Just like you, Kevin Ferrer aired his discontent for Globe after being bombarded with annoying messages regarding his unbilled usage.
The Ginebra cager received almost 10 identical messages from the said telecom company. Ferrer even retweeted a Twitter post that seemed to match his current phone line dilemma.
Their response? Globe’s official Twitter page replied by saying that they will check the issue.

Seriously? This telecom company should get their acts together.
The same thing happened to me. And surprise, surprise, after weeks of follow up. Nakasubscribe sa promo pero may other charges. Niresolve nila without informing me, ni hindi ata pinansin yung proof and email ko. In the end, binayaran ko pa din kahit di ko kasalanan. 😡
