Kiefer shows frustration on pee-ew game in front of Ginebra fans

Even “The Phenom” thinks he had a stinker of a game.

Rookie Kiefer Ravena shot bricks all night with seven points on 1 of 12 shooting but his team NLEX still managed to break out of its four-game skid with an inspiring win over Ginebra, 81-78 at the Cuneta Astrodome last Feb. 3.

Coach Yeng Guiao leaned on his veteran crew of JR Quinahan, Larry Fonacier and Cyrus Baguio and young stud Raul Soyud to come back from a 14-point deficit.

The Road Warriors leader in points (17.7) , assists (6.3) and steals (2), tweeted this after the game:

Too bad Ravena had to come up with his worst game of the season in front of the biggest fans in the PBA:

Guiao never lost faith in Ravena, who is only second to Quinahan as the most used among NLEX players, as the former Blue Eagle stayed on the court for the fourth quarter despite his shooting struggles. Even the Black Mamba had to got through an embarrassing rookie season in the NBA.
