Rookie aspirant Kim Aurin has made a good impression on Barangay Ginebra San Miguel Kings fans in the ongoing PBA on Tour.
The former University of Perpetual Help Altas star had another solid outing of 12 points in the Gin Kings’ 91-80 defeat to the Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots on Sunday night.
Aurin scored eight of his points during the Gin Kings’ fourth quarter rally that turned a 60-70 deficit into a 74-all score with over four minutes in the game.
His defensive lapses in the final minutes, however, allowed Magnolia’s Andy Mark Barroca to score consecutive baskets to clinch the win.
Despite this, Gin Kings fans still showed their appreciation for Aurin, who will be one of the top prospects in the upcoming draft.

Aurin, who suited up for Barangay Ginebra in the PBA 3×3, will still apply in the 2023 PBA Rookie Draft and hopefully reach Ginebra’s pick.
