Kobe Paras is now an official Bluejay


The dream goes on for top Filipino prospect Kobe Paras.

Paras officially announced that he will play for US NCAA Division 1 Big East school Creighton Bluejays after his controversial withdrawal from UCLA Bruins.

The 6-foot-6 Paras said that he is excited to play for the Nebraska-based school that has been the former home of Atlanta Hawk’s Kyle Korver, Chicago Bulls’ Doug McDermont and big man Anthony Tolliver of Anthony Tolliver .

Paras added that he is happy that a lot of coaches talked to him after his controversial withdrawal with the Bruins. He also said that he was overwhelmed with the outpour of love and support he had received from family, friends and fans

Paras earlier committed to UCLA Bruins but was dropped because he reportedly failed to meet its academic conditions.
