Kobe Paras opens up about his depression

Kobe Paras has always been open about his mental health on social media.

The second-generation star recalled his lowest point in his life due to his depression.

When I moved back to the Philippines 4 years ago, I was at my lowest,” Paras tweeted.

“I was depressed, suicidal, I just felt so lost. Until now there are days I don’t feel like me.”

The former UP Fighting Maroon star gave an advice to his fans who are also struggling with their mental health.

“Whatever you’re going through, find a purpose and stick to it. It’s not easy at all. Only you can save yourself,” he ended.
