LOOK: Kalei Mau Finally Receives Filipino Passport
Someone’s bound for the Philippine national women’s volleyball team.
United Volleyball Club’s Kalei Mau recently announced that she’s now a dual citizen after getting her Philippine passport. Mau said that it only took her a month to process her passport because her mom is already a Philippine citizen.
The Fil-Hawaiian spiker is now a step closer to reach her dream to play for the Philippine Volleyball Team. However, the LVPI first would have to contact USA Volleyball and the FIVB to request Mau’s transfer of volleyball federation from the United States’ governing body to the Philippine NSA.
Wow! Our national squad will surely be a bomb if Mau will be included on its roster!
I’m proud to announce that I am now a citizen of the Philippines 🇵🇭
