Luka Doncic still in questionable list for Mavs-Clippers match
Dallas Mavericks super rookie Luka Doncic remains on the questionable list alongside veteran Maxi Kleber for a crucial game against the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday (Manila time).
ClutchPoints’ Tomer Azarly tweeted, “#Mavs’ forwards Luka Doncic and Maxi Kleber are listed as questionable to play tomorrow night against the #Clippers. Dallas has today off before playing in L.A. tomorrow. Clippers play in Denver this afternoon and back home tomorrow vs. Mavs.”
Doncic has previously missed two of their games and was expected to sit this one out as he suffered a sore right ankle.
Having played 55 games this year, Doncic is averaging 20.7 points, 7.2 rebounds and 5.6 assists. The Slovenian athlete is also one of the favorite contenders for the Rookie of the Year award.
His team is on the edge of the season’s playoffs as they currently have a 26-33 win-loss record. They still have a chance to push it through the postseason with 23 games left to play, but in case that doesn’t work out, there’s always the next season to look out for, especially with Kristaps Porzingis joining them soon.
