Mac Cardona announces MPBL comeback

Mac Cardona hopes to revive his basketball career.

The former PBA star has announced that he is now part of Gensan Warriors-Burlington team in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL).

On top of his announcement, Cardona also uploaded a highlight reel of his college days in La Salle.

“I’m so excited, grateful, and honored to be part of the Gensan Warriors-Burlington,” he said on his caption.

The 39-year old last played for San Juan Knights where the team won a title 2019 Datu Cup.

His career took a detour due to personal issues, including a viral video where he was caught in a parking lot brawl outside a club at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.
