Maliksi receives two-year extension deal
Wingman Allein Maliksi only played four games for Blackwater, but he has already proven his worth with the team already.
The former PBA D-League MVP is set to sign a two-year veteran max extension worth P10 million.
“We are just waiting for him to sign on the dotted line, so to speak,” said Blackwater owner Dioceldo Sy who seem to be satisfied with Maliksi’s performance with the team lately.
The averaged 19 points in just four games, and he played a pivotal role with Blackwater during the playoffs where they almost upset the Meralco Bolts.
Maliksi, who was traded from Star Hotshots in the middle of the conference, had a solid outing under Chito Victolero tallying 9.8 points and 42% from the 3-point line.
