Mika Esperanza gives valuable advice to fledgling athletes
Dear young players: If Mika Esperanza could bring back her younger playing years, she would never abuse her body.
Because when you are at the point in your life where athletics are becoming a very prominent aspect of your life, you’ll realize (and probably regret) some simple things you could have done – like stretching and cooling down.
In a Twitter post, the Cocolife Asset Managers setter made a realization that stretching is very important for flexibility and injury prevention, while cooling down helps prevent muscle soreness.
To all young athletes, pls pls pls dont abuse your body 😔 proper stretching and cool down is the key!!!! ❤ trust me, your knees and back will curse you for abusing them in the long run hahahaha sheket ng tuhod ko kahit umaakyat lang ng stairs hahahuhu 😂😭
