Farm Fresh Foxies finally broke into the win column in the 2026 PVL On Tour after sweeping Nxled Chameleons, 25-23, 25-13, 25-22, on Saturday at the Mindanao Civic Center in Tubod, Lanao del Norte.
The Foxies returned to action after more than a month and immediately set the pace, preventing the Chameleons from establishing any rhythm throughout the match.
Farm Fresh appeared headed for another comfortable set in the third after opening with a 4-0 run, but Nxled fought back and eventually moved ahead, 20-19, on a block by Jackie Acuña.
The Foxies regained control late behind veterans Frances Xinia Molina and Honey Royse Tubino, taking a 23-22 lead before Jovelyn Fernandez committed an attack error.
Rizza Cruz then sealed the victory with a service ace as Farm Fresh completed the straight-set triumph.
Molina and Trisha Tubu led the Foxies with 16 points each, while Tubino added 12. They improved to a 1-2 win-loss slate.
Nxled struggled offensively, with Myla Pablo and MJ Phillips finishing as the team’s top scorers with only eight points apiece. They ended their On Tour campaign with a 2-2 record. (Adrian Co)
