Nonoy, Cuajao Interview Angers Cansino?
The interview of Mark Nonoy and Vince Petdeo Cuajao with Noli Eala last Saturday have reportedly angered their fellow former University of Santo Tomas Growling Tiger CJ Cansino.
Fastbreak learned from a source that Cansino, now with the University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons, have immediately phoned in to the newly-transferred De La Salle University Green Archers after the interview.
“Nagalit si Cansino dahil sa sinabi nila Nonoy at Cuajao sa interview,” said a source on condition of anonymity. “Pero naging maayos naman ang lahat kasi nakapag usap silang tatlo.”
During their interview with Eala at his Power and Play program at ONE PH channel, Nonoy and Cuajao have refuted some of the claims made by Cansino in his previous interviews.
Nonoy and Cuajao said that it is not true that former UST head coach Aldin Ayo is not allowing his players to leave and return to the “Sorsogon Bubble,” contrary to Cansino’s claims that he was not allowed to return to his family after he felt homesick.
Nonoy and Cuajao also said that they do not have problems with the food being served to them at the “Sorsogon Bubble.” Cansino and other fellow former UST players said that the food served to them has no taste and sometimes very oily.
What could be the reason for Cansino to be angry with Nonoy and Cuajao sharing their side of the story inside the bubble? Is it because their statements made his stories look fallacious?
