The Philippine Esports Organization (PESO), the governing body for Esports in the Philippines, recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open its new headquarters.
This event marked an important milestone for the organization as it seeks to support and promote the Esports industry in the country.
PESO unveiled the Championship Wall, a mural that honors the dedication and passion of Sibol players since 2019.
The new facility in the Launchpad in Mandaluyong City will serve as a central hub for PESO to strengthen its relationship with members, foster partnerships, and enhance the operations of Team Sibol, the national Esports team representing the Philippines.
During the event, PESO announced the upcoming launch of its membership plans in the third quarter of 2023. Interested organizations and individuals are invited to join and contribute to the growth and development of Esports in the Philippines through the membership portal accessible on PESO’s website.
Marlon Marcelo, the Executive Director of PESO, expressed his enthusiasm for the new headquarters, emphasizing that it signifies the remarkable progress made by both the organization and Philippine Esports as a whole. (Mark Patriarca)
