THE Premier Volleyball League will usher in its 10th season with a new logo as it looks to build on a decade of growth and further strengthen Philippine volleyball.
The league unveiled its new visual identity on Wednesday, Aug. 26, ahead of the milestone season scheduled to begin on Oct. 10, 2026.
The new logo reflects the PVL’s development from its early years into the country’s premier professional women’s volleyball league. It also represents the league’s push to sustain the sport’s growing popularity and reach.
Three themes form the foundation of the new design: strength, depth and stability.
The silver component represents the league’s stability and development over the past decade, while also symbolizing the depth of talent that has helped raise the standard of Philippine volleyball.
Blue, meanwhile, reinforces the PVL’s identity and unity while reflecting its continued ambition to move the sport forward.
Since its establishment, the PVL has provided a professional platform for some of the country’s top players while creating opportunities for emerging talents to develop their careers.
The league’s consistent competition and expanding audience have contributed significantly to volleyball’s rise as one of the Philippines’ most popular sports.
The PVL has also helped create a year-round platform for the sport, producing prominent players, fierce rivalries and memorable matches that have attracted an increasingly large following.
Its growth has extended beyond the court, providing aspiring athletes with a clearer path toward professional volleyball while allowing established players to continue competing at the highest level.
As it enters its 10th season, the league is now shifting its focus toward the next phase of its development.
The milestone campaign will officially open on Oct. 10, with Sports Vision, the league’s organizer, preparing a celebration that will recognize the PVL’s decade-long journey while setting the tone for its next chapter. (Adrian Co)
