Bobby Ray Parks has finally joined the Blackwater Elite practices last Monday as he embarks on a new chapter in his basketball career.

The no. 2 pick in the 2018 PBA Rookie Draft immediately familiarized himself with his new teammates as the Elite prepared for the upcoming 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup.

The son of seven-time Best Import Bobby Parks Sr., spent the last 3 years with San Miguel Alab Pilipinas in the ASEAN Basketball League, where he won two Local MVP awards and a title in 2018.

He has also tried his luck in the NBA D-League with the Texas Legends, as well as numerous stints with Gilas Pilipinas.

Those experiences should serve the 26-year-old well in his jump to the big league where he is expected to be one of the key figures for Blackwater moving forward.
