Ray Parks slams the MPBL
Bobby Ray Parks Jr. felt discriminated in his own country.
The San Miguel Alab Pilipinas star airs his disappointment on Twitter regarding the controversial Fil-foreigner rule of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL).

A few weeks ago, the MPBL has announced their plans of implementing a one Fil-foreigner per team rule – and a 6’4 height limit to their players.
