Russell Westbrook debuts new number with Wizards

Say goodbye to Russell Westbrook’s #0, a number that he wore on his jersey for two seasons at UCLA, 11 seasons with the Oklahoma City Thunder, and one season with the Houston Rockets.

Instead, say hello to his new number — #4.

The Washington Wizards announced that the supersyar guard will wear #4 on his new team after he was dealt together with a first round pick from the Houston Rockets for another superstar guard John Wall.

According to reports, the No.0 was unofficially retired in honor of former All-NBA guard Gilbert Arenas.

Still, Westbrook has been familiar with No. 4 since he wore that number during his high school days.
