Sacramento Kings upsets LA Lakers
Sacramento Kings used a huge third quarter rampage to stun Los Angeles Lakers (21-21), 125-116, in the 2021-2022 NBA Season on Wednesday at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California.
Down by double figures in the first half, the Kings turned things around in the third period on baskets by DeAaron Fox, Marvin Bagley III, Harrison Barnes and Buddy Hield to seize a 111-100 edge.
The Lakers countered with a rally to cut the deficit to 116-118 but a jumper by Fox, a three-pointer by Chimezie Metu and two free throws by Tyrese Haliburton sealed the win for the Kings.

Bagley, meanwhile, added 16 markers and nine rebounds, while Haliburton and Metu contributed 14 points each for the Kings.
LeBron James tallied 34 points, seven rebounds and six assists, while Malik Monk and rookie Austin Reaves added 22 and 19, respectively, as the Lakers dropped to 21-21.
