The Beast’ hopes to get reinstated in PBA for new house
Calvin Abueva knows that he is at the tail end of his playing career in Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).
Which is why Abueva is hoping that he will get reinstated with the Phoenix Fuel Masters for him to earn enough money to buy new home for his wife and five kids.
“Thirty two (32) years old na ako. Hindi katulad ng ibang player na may mga bahay na o something,” said the former 2012 second overall pick during his video interview with Go For Gold PH and Basketball Republic.
“Ako wala pa akong ipon kaya I need this six to seven years na lang, six to seven years na lalaruin ko dito sa PBA.
For now, the enigmatic forward is focusing on his “Dampa Ni The Beast” restaurant business while he is serving his PBA suspension for over a year.
