TNT signs former NBA pro Terrence Jones for Commissioner’s Cup
The TNT KaTropa has tapped former NBA pro Terrence Jones as their import for the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup.
This is arguably one of the most high profile import signings in recent PBA memory.
Jones, a 6’9 Kentuck University stalwart, was selected as the 18th overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets.
Aside from the Rockets, he has played with New Orleans Pelicans, and the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA.
Jones also played in China and multiple G-League teams.
Last year, TNT finished third in the Commissioner’s Cup with the hulking Joshua Smith.
The Katropa were eliminated by the San Miguel Beermen in the quarterfinals.
