The Toronto Raptors experienced their second defeat in the NBA Summer League, losing 99-76 against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday (Manila time) at the Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ron Harper Jr. started for the second straight game for the Raptors but struggled against the defense of the Cavaliers and was limited offensively.
The Filipino-American forward ended the match with seven points, on 3-of-10 shooting, to go with three rebounds, one assist, and a steal in 22 minutes of action.
Isaiah Mobley led the way for the Cavaliers with 15 points; Sam Merrill added 14 markers; and rookie selection Emoni Bates contributed 12 points and eight rebounds.
Gracey Dick and D.J. Hogg scored the most for the Raptors with 11 points apiece.
Harper and the Raptors will return to action on Thursday, July 13, against the Detroit Pistons.
