Tyler Wilkerson “frustrated” over Game 2 loss
San Miguel Beermen might be relying heavily on their import Tyler Wilkerson.
Wilkerson once again delivered huge numbers for the Beermen with 36 points in Game 2, following his 40 markers in Game 1.
While Wilkerson have been producing monstrous digits for SMB, the team still trail in the best-of-five series against Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, 0-2. One more victory for the E-Painters will eliminate SMB’s title hopes for the Commissioner’s Cup.
This might have caused Wilkerson to feel a little or seriously upset over the outcome of Game 2 in a Tuesday night. This also led to the incident where Wilkerson was seen leaving San Miguel’s dug-out abrubtly, and said “take me back to America” in a loud voice.
Jun Mar Fajardo, Chris Ross and Alex Cabagnot combined for 42 points to help Wilkerson lift San Miguel against Rain or Shine’s aggressive and fast pace. However, the contributions still wasn’t enough to get past E-Painters.
