On Twitter, Carmela Tunay asks her followers on possible contact person who can help her locate her missing orders in-transit after 3 weeks of no updates.
Tunay said that she had been reaching out to Zalora PH, a clothing e-retailer, but to no avail.
Anyone here who has a contact in Zalora PH?
Order hasnt arrived and it's been 3 weeks of no updates, 2 weeks past expected delivery, and customer service isnt helping (i reached out 5x).
Cant find any hotline, too.
