Kai Sotto of the Orlando Magic is not the only Filipino player who has not received any playing time in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.
Kihei Clark remains on the bench for the Utah Jazz as his team secured a 105-99 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Filipino-American point guard did not receive playing time as the Jazz prioritized giving minutes to their other guards, particularly rookie selection Keyonte George.
It was the fourth consecutive game in which Clark was not fielded, as he was also listed as “Did Not Play” in Utah’s three games during the Salt Lake City NBA Summer League earlier last week.
Clark received an invitation to join Utah’s Summer League team after going undrafted in the 2023 NBA Rookie Draft three weeks ago.
