Jimmy Alapag announced that for the second time, he is retiring from the PBA.

The Meralco guard announced his second retirement through a black and white video posted on Eric Menk’s YouTube channel.

The Mighty Mouse stated “I’m here to announce that I won’t be coming back for the upcoming PBA season. It’s been an amazing 13 years, but turning 39 next month and having left everything I have on the basketball court, it’s time to walk away for good.”

Alapag previously had his first retirement in 2015 with the TNT KaTropa, and he made a comeback this season with Meralco Bolts.

Entering the Finals, Alapag overtakes Allan Caidic’s record for most all-time three-pointers made with his 1,250 treys.
