Greg Slaughter once again called out Spin.ph, specifically columnist Homer Sayson, for “false information”.
Slaughter, who recently signed Japan B.League’s Fukuoka Rizing Zephyrz, called out Sayson for writing in his column that the 7-foot big man was “rarely motivated” during his stint at NorthPort.
“Make no mistake about it, I gave my all to WIN with Northport like I have for every team I played for since college (5 for 5 championships in college) and had success,” Slaughter wrote.
“I will continue to do so in Japan happily w my family @HomerSayson.”
False information as usual from @spinph 😥😪 Make no mistake about it, I gave my all to WIN with Northport like I have for every team I played for since college (5 for 5 championships in college) and had success. I will continue to do so in Japan happily w my family @HomerSayson https://t.co/E9rtJr3m9i

To be fair, NorthPort entered the playoffs in the 2020 Philippine Cup with Slaughter patrolling the post.
The Batang Pier have yet to found their footing this year, as they own a record of 2-5.
