Allan Caidic and fellow University of the East basketball greats reunited with the current UE Red Warriors during a special event held Saturday on campus.
Caidic, a three-time UAAP champion and MVP known as “The Triggerman,” shared photos from the gathering in a social media post that also featured UE legend and SPORTALAKAN host Jerry Codiñera.
“Thank you so much to the UE Board of Trustees, UE Alumni Association Inc., UE PE Dept., and all the officials of the UE community for honoring our achievements and contribution to UE basketball,” Caidic wrote.
Also present were former teammates Boycie Zamar, Godofredo Lim Uy, Orli Javier, Reywel Entrona, Aaron Torres, George Ella, Orlan Donato, and Jing Cardenas.
The UE legends shared words of encouragement with the current squad, now led by newly appointed head coach Chris Gavina, as the team sets its sights on a resurgent campaign in the upcoming UAAP season.
