F2 Logistics Cargo Movers closed out its 2022 PVL Reinforced Conference campaign with a 25-16, 25-22, and 27-25 victory over the Petro Gazz Angels on Tuesday night at the Philsports Arena in Pasig City.
The Cargo Movers, led by Lindsay Stalzer’s 22 points, dominated the first two sets and then rallied in the third to pound out the victory.
They wound up with a 4-4 record for fifth place after their semifinal bid was stymied by a shock loss to the Akari Power Chargers and Cignal HD Spikers last week.
The Angels, winners here in 2019, finished tied with the Cignal HD Spikers at 4th place with a 5-3 win-loss record, with the former ending up third with superior tiebreak points.
