You guessed it! Chot Reyes still continues to receive hate comments from netizens.
Right after the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas announced that Reyes will be coaching the Gilas Pilipinas once again in the 2022 FIBA Asia Cup, Filipino fans were once again frustrated with the development.
Interestingly, well-known basketball stats expert Ryan Alba tweeted that there will be a rematch between Philippines and Australia since former NBA big man Thon Maker will make his return for the Boomers.
Of course, we all know what happened during the infamous 2018 brawl.
Chot Reyes is coaching. Thon Maker is back. It's time for a rematch.
Australia-Philippines Basketbrawl 2022. LFG!
