Years after keeping quiet about his PBA career, James Yap has finally spoken up about a potential comeback in Asia’s premier league.
In the JCY League organized by Yapsters, his official fan club, the basketball icon hinted at a return to the PBA next year.
“See you guys next year… and kita-kits tayo sa PBA!” said Yap.
“Basta abangan niyo lang.”
The 43-year old cager last suited up in the PBA for Blackwater Bossing during the 2024 season.
Just last June, the San Juan City councilor also helped Lamtex Pipes capture the championship in the Fil-Chi Athletic Association, Inc. 40s division.
